Lucie explained everything layman’s terms so I understood exactly what I needed to do in the future She was great from the very first session to our final one today

My appointment was pretty much on time. Johann was very thorough. He was familiar with my complaint and was able to suggest more exercises to progress my recovery. He was able to answer any questions that I asked.

Eliza the physio is an excellent listener and responds with practical simple advice and goal setting.

Andrew was very kind and understanding of my problem and offered good advice

Dan was super lovely and reassuring and explained everything really well to me and made sure I understood. He was nice and clear and listened to my concerns/issues and made me feel listened to. The area itself was lovely and clean and I felt very safe being there

Johann was very thorough explaining the X-Ray's also taking me through all exercises. Many thanks to him, no complaints at all

The staff at the foront desk to the physiotherapist are very kind and helpful. I have anxiety issues and my physiotherapist has been kind in putting me at ease and making things as easy as pssible for me.

Smita was very thorough and her explanations about what she found were very helpful. I felt well looked after and hope to see improvement with the exercises she has given me. 

ERCH- Jen was amazing - patient, calm and supporitve, gave me excellent advice that has enabled me to improve my mobility. I found that she listened and gave exercises that were highly appropriate. Excellent service and approachable.

Lucie was super informative and extremely kind. She knew exactly what she was talking about which filled me with lots of confidence and didn’t push too
hard like some people have before. She understood my limits and what I could do to help and instead of leaving in pain I left with a positive feeling that I

Excellent service from the physiotherapist Jennifer. She was very thorough and explained my problem very clearly to me which my GP had not fully
explained! She also referred to to the team who can deliver the treatment necessary with such speed that I was contacted by them later the same day
and have an appointment with them next week for treatment An truly excellent service, thank you.

Excellent physio who examined me. Very knowledgeable, able to explain simply and made me feel at ease. She was very friendly and listened to my questions with interest. Pleased with my visit and no negative comments.

Daniel did not rush. He appeared very knowledgeable in coming to a diagnosis. He explained the exercises very well and also explained (with use of pictures) his findings and thoughts. All in all I came away happy and confident that I had been diagnosed properly and had been given the correct exercises to improve my complaint
