Kevin checked my mobility and gave me more exercises to help with my recovery. He was very easy to talk to and listened to me, he put me at ease and reassured me on my progress.
Jen was very patient and understanding of my problem, she gave me a sheet of exercises to follow.

He is very knowledgable and explains everything in detail, including illustrating what he is referring to by demonstrating with a skeleton, or by showing how and exercise should be carried out.
